Van Gogh’s Wild Flowers Earrings
Gold 18K and Malaysia Jade
Handmade, polished and matte finish and bezel setting
Van Gogh’s “Still Life Glass with Wild Flowers” is a mystery. Even after rummaging through his brother Theo’s letters we weren’t able to discover what kind of flowers were painted by the artist. Malaysian jade was used to celebrate the elaborate curves and beautiful greens seen on his canvas. The bright greens and depth of Malaysian jade seemed destined to be used to recreate Van Gogh in jewelry.
